This policy explains how Neitsch Limited Liability Company ("Neitsch," "we," "us," or "our"), through its EVNMODE product, handles information associated with EVNMODE.

Information we collect

We may collect account and contact information, billing status, content and writing samples you choose to provide, product usage information, device and diagnostic data, and communications with us. Payment-card details are processed by our payment provider rather than stored directly by EVNMODE.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve EVNMODE, personalize writing assistance, maintain security, process subscriptions, respond to support, comply with law, and communicate service information. We do not sell personal information.

AI and submitted content

Content you provide may be processed to deliver voice-aware drafting and related features. Relevant providers, retention controls, and account choices will be described within the service.

Service providers

We may use providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, and artificial-intelligence functionality. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably needed to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no system is completely secure.
