These Terms govern access to EVNMODE, a product of Neitsch Limited Liability Company ("Neitsch," "we," "us," or "our").

Service

EVNMODE assists users with topic discovery and preparation of professional social content. Outputs may contain errors or unsuitable material. You are responsible for reviewing content and deciding whether and where to publish it.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and protect your credentials. You may not use EVNMODE to violate law, impersonate others, infringe rights, distribute malware, deceive audiences, send spam, or interfere with the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited right to process it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy and available settings.

Subscriptions

Prices, billing intervals, included usage, and taxes are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties not expressly stated here. Neitsch is not responsible for decisions to publish or rely upon generated content.
